Life coaching is a very exciting and practical way to help people live the lives they want. At the Orange we utilize NLP skills to provide a customized life coaching experience for our clients.

Emotional Wellness deals with one’s ability to be aware of and accept our feelings, rather than deny them; have an optimistic approach to life, and enjoy life despite occasional disappointments and frustrations.

To achieve emotional wellness one should have a realistic approach to the following:

Personal goals and ambition
Changes in life
Personal responsibility
Disappointments in life
