If you would like a more specific and personalised exercise program, or you have completed the free exercise plan, you can engage with our fitness professional to discuss your goals and needs.

Whether you want to run your first half marathon, build lean muscle or lose body fat, a tailor made program can be designed to help you reach your goals.

You will receive your specific program, with a detailed plan of how it should be executed, as well as a description of each exercise.

Your program will generally run for 4 -6 weeks or 9 weeks with the option of updating it after that as you get fitter.

You will be able to engage online with your trainer to track your progress and answer any questions you may have.
